6TH ANNUAL GVF DINNER MEETING

After a busy day of AAD meetings, invited guest came back together to hear program updates and network with fellow doctors and guests. The evening started with networking prior to the dinner program. While eating, our guests were brought up to date on the following committee activities: Phototherapy, Advocacy, Surgical, Basic Science, and Outcomes.  We were also shown a wonderful video about vitiligo from our guests from Brazil, Drs. Paulo and Paludo.

Dr. Huggins recruited several support group leaders to inform us about their work. Their presentations reminded us of the social difficulties of living with vitiligo. It helped us remember why we do we the work we do.

The evening wrapped up with additional networking.
